2. What we collect

• Enquiries: when you use our contact form or email us, the details you give us, such as your name, company, email address, country and message.
• Client and business contacts: names, job titles and business contact details of people we work with or who have expressed interest in our services, including through events, LinkedIn or introductions.
• Programme and event participants: details needed to run the Living Business Programme, workshops and the Desert Clean-Up, such as name, company and contact details.
• Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not send it to us.

3. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and to discuss, provide and invoice our services.
• To run programmes, workshops and events you take part in.
• To send occasional updates about our services, events and sustainability developments relevant to your business. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• To keep the website working and secure.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We process personal data where you have given consent, where it is needed to enter into or perform a contract with you or your organisation, where it is needed to comply with the law, or where it is in our legitimate business interests and those interests are not outweighed by your rights.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded YouTube videos load only when you choose to play them, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube's own privacy policy then applies. Our pages use fonts provided by Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers when a page loads.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as they need it. These include:

• Cloudflare (website hosting and security)
• Web3Forms (delivery of contact form messages)
• Microsoft 365 (email and documents)
• Pipedrive (client relationship management and email updates)

We may also share personal data with professional advisers, auditors or authorities where the law requires it.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers store or process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal data, as permitted under UAE law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are generally deleted within two years. Records linked to contracts and invoices are kept for as long as UAE law requires.
